Part 2: Operation Day-Hair Transplant in Istanbul, Turkey

Описание: After 3 years of waiting, finally had my hair transplant completed. It took about 5 hours. It wasn’t as painful as I’ve heard others describe it to be. It was an early day that day, but we got it done and finally feel a sense of accomplishment after 3 years of waiting to retire from the military to get it done. I was beyond tired after completion, there’s a lot of blood 🩸 involved in the process. I Was facing down in a chair for hours as my head was numb as they were making the extractions of the hair follicles, about time we took a break, I was so jittery and a little nauseous from the blood loss when they escorted me to the bathroom. This is why its so critical to eat breakfastin the morning before the operation, because your blood pressure can drop from the blood loss that I’ve heard stories of people passing out, especially wheh they start putting needles in your head during the numbing process.

After returning from the bathroom, they were ready to implant the follicles into the recipient area. That morning, one of the doctors had came in drew what would be my new hairline and the recipient area. She took her time, and made sure it was right and forming to my head shape. After she drew the lines, they gave me a mirror, and I saw what would be the new hairline and areas where hair follicles will be inserted. I was pretty pleased with the drawing and so we proceeded with the process that day.
