Any character that can instant-kill with a melee weapon from a hiding spot can do this.
Very easy map, there is some variation in the 2 soldiers patterns, you have to just see where they are for you and react, as you have to do with so many things in this game.
This guide should account for all situations.
Wait for the first soldier to move from the first room past one of the hiding spots, wait in that hiding spot for him to turn around, backstab, go upstairs and wait in the hiding spot for the upstairs soldier to move past and backstab, or if you are brave make noise downstairs to make him come down. This may not go as planned because he will spot the dead body and start patrolling and may never pass your hiding spot correctly for you to backstab, or it may take a long time.
