Cutting LOGS w/ John Deere 437D SawBuck | Forestry on ERLENGRAT | Farming Simulator 22 | Episode 56

Описание: Today we are in ERLENGRAT and we have to cut the logs we transported from the mountain top. We started by jumping into Toyota Hilux Invincible and going to the loading station to inspect how many logs we have to cut. When that was done we jumped back into Toyota Hilux Invincible and headed to the local dealer to borrow some equipment. After we arrived there we sent the worker in the Toyota Hilux Invincible to the loading station and we jumped into DAF MX-13 390 that had John Deere 437D SawBuck trailer attached on the back. We transported that to the loading station where we set it up on the bank and then we jumped back into Toyota Hilux Invincible and headed to the GLW. When we arrived there we parked the Toyota Hilux Invincible and then we rented the train that shortly arrived at the station. Then we jumped into the train and drove it to the loading station where we parked it. After that was done we jumped into John Deere 437D SawBuck and unfolded it and moved the SawBuck behind the trailer. Then we loaded one log and cut it into the 5-meter lengths and then we loaded it onto the train cart. When that was done we realized that we need to cut the logs in half first and then cut them in 5-meter lengths because it was too hard to load them on the SawBuck when they are 30 meters long. So we jumped out of the John Deere 437D SawBuck and we cut the logs into the middle and then we loaded the top part of the log into the Sawbuck and cut them into 5-meter lengths and loaded the onto the train. It took us some time to get all the logs cut and loaded onto the trailer but we managed to do it. Then we jumped onto the train and transported the logs to the Felsbrunn where we sold them to the Biomass Heating Plant and we made around 44.000€. After that was done we returned to the rented train to the GLW station and then we jumped into Toyota Hilux Invincible and headed to the loading station. When we arrived there we sent the worker in the Toyota Hilux Invincible to the local dealer and we jumped into DAF MX-13 390 and drove it to the local dealer where we returned it. After that was done the last job was to transport the leftover logs to the Sawmill and Tree Trunk Packaging production. We decided to use MAN TGS 18.500 timber truck with a trailer for that job. So we headed to the loading station where we loaded the logs into the trailer and truck. Then we transported them to the production where we unloaded them. When that was done we parked the truck and trailer and headed inside the Sawmill to make some planks.
