Chulo Vision “Kite Spot Check Outs” Vlogs give you an impression of great Kite Spots around the globe that I have visited. It tells not only something about the conditions for kite surfing, but it also give you other practical information. In this vlog I combine my hobbies: Kitesurfing, travelling, filming & video editing. Besides, I do hope it will help you (beginning) kitesurfer to make the right choice for holiday. Usually it takes me an lot of effort to pick the right location. I only started to Kite 2019 at age of 46 & I am not a ‘natural’, it took me quite a while to sail, nevertheless I got hooked. So expect the view of an average kitesurf, if want the impression of a Pro Rider than you better look for other vlogs. Although the spoken language is Dutch (my mother tongue), I think it could be useful for everybody since I made not solely subtitles in different languages, but also made supporting text in vlog in English. ACCOMODATION / LODGEMENT
OASI GUZETTA
I stayed at this little resort run by 4 friendly Sicilian brothers. They rent out very new appartments & rooms. The resort has an own pool with bar & the WIFI is quite oke. It’s a 8 minute ride by car to the spot, but is wise anyway to rent car to get around going to restaurants, supermarket etc.

These appartments are a bit older & more expensive though. Around the spot there a some places for food, but for real dining you need to ride a bit. Many restaurants are on ‘remote’ places.

Mamma Caura has a great view at the Saline (salt flats). The choice of food is not the best though, but for the view you should go at least once. In the weekends extremely busy.

Lupa Beach
I do love this place, it looks quite simple, but is located at the water. In my opinion their specialty are the pasta’s. Also good for cocktails

This restaurant is in the village at other side of the railway. The food is very tasty, especially the Musselsoup (Zuppa di Cozze), it is a starter but quite big.
