Описание: Stand far enough back that there is controllable tension on the band as you go into an overhead position. Using your upper back & core muscles, pull the doweling back to feel the middle upper back & opposite glute / lower back contract. If the tension & distance is correct the arms will in line with or slightly behind the ears & torso unrotated.
