Описание: CP Intelligent Folding Production Line has been installed at Phoenix Print and is used for the high-efficiency production of spring textbooks and educational workbooks.

Compared with the previous single folding machine operation—which was inefficient and prone to signature mixing errors—the CP Intelligent Folding Production Line significantly improves production accuracy and efficiency.

In this configuration, three high-speed round pile folding machines simultaneously produce different signatures of the same book. After automatic counting, collecting, and bundling, the signature bundles are placed by a robotic handling system onto different platens according to their signature sequence.

This solution greatly reduces manual handling, increases overall productivity, eliminates the risk of mixed or incorrect signatures, and enables seamless downstream integration with perfect binding or gathering processes.

CP Intelligent Folding Production Line includes 3 parts. Four or more CP gantry folding machines are produced in parallel. Different signatures from the same book are folded and produced at the same time. The signatures are automatically collected and bundled by DK520 Automatic Vertical Stacker and Bundling Delivery. After the DK520 Automatic Vertical Stacker and Bundling Delivery automatically presses and collects, bundles signatures, the signature bundles are marked with inkjet codes and sent to the conveyor belt. After the stacking robot reads the inkjet codes, the signatures are stacked and placed on the corresponding platen. The CP intelligent folding production line realizes the production of different signatures of the same book at the same time, at the same speed, and in the same quantity.
