Seafoods Boil Ingredients ⭐⭐⭐⭐
1 kilo crabs (optional)
3 fresh sliced corns @3:44 (boil 5 mins)
3/4 kilo scallops or mussels @2:57 (boil 2-3 mins)
10 pcs sliced sausage @3:17 (boil 1 min)
1-2 kilos shrimp @3:37 (boil 4 mins)
2 head garlics
2 onions
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar or any vinegar
5 cups water
5 cups sprite
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp rosemary
2 tsp paprika powder
2 tsp pepper corn
1 tsp cayenne pepper
2 tsp Maggie Sarap
Cajun Sauce @4:15 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
1 bar of butter
2-3 slice of lemon
2 tsp gatlic powder
4 tsp Cajun seasoning
2 tbsp cornstarch
1 tsp grated ginger
1/4 tsp salt
3 tbsp sugar
4 cups of broth
1 1/4 cup of sprite
1 bell pepper
