Russian Pirozhki with 3 Different Fillings

Dough:
1 1/4 cup water
1 tsp dry yeast
1 tbsp sugar
3 cups + 1 tbsp flour
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt

It’s only enough dough for 1 filling so pick one!

Beef and cheese:
1 medium onion
1 lb ground beef (or turkey)
1 cup shredded cheese
2/3 tsp salt (or to taste)
1/2 tsp garlic powder
black pepper

*you can add few tbsp of sour cream or Mayo instead of cheese.

Potato and bacon:
3 medium potato
7 pieces of bacon
1 tsp salt (or to taste)
1/2 tsp garlic powder

Cabbage:
1/3 of a cabbage
1 medium carrot
1/2 onion
1 tsp salt (or to taste)
1/2 tsp garlic powder
black pepper
