This Quick and easy pumpkin bread batter can be made in five minutes.
We don't require any special equipments to make this simple pumpkin bread/pumpkin loaf.One Bowl and a whisk will do the job in a couple of minutes.
In the video we use fresh homemade pumpkin puree to make this healthy pumpkin bread. We can use use canned pumpkin puree( which makes it so much easier )or homemade fresh pumpkin puree ,to make this fresh pumpkin bread recipe.

How to make easy pumpkin bread?

Just add all the ingredients except the baking powder ,baking soda and flour into a bowl.Mix them until it forms a homogenous mixture.

Combine the baking powder and baking soda with flour.
Add this into the liquid mixture.

Mix until everything is just combined.

Now our Easy Pumpkin bread batter is ready.

Transfer it on to a greased baking pan.
Pan Size :9inch x 5 inch
slight variation in size is okay.

Bake the pumpkin bread in a 325 F preheated oven for 55-60 minutes.
