In today's video we are exploring famous Dal Pakwan in indore. We have visited 2 places For Sindhi Breakfast in indore. Dal pakwan is a Sindhi Breakfast in which we have Pakwan (Flat bread), Dal of your choice (Mostly Chana Dal), and chatni or salad.

1) A shop from Sindhi Colony is serving Dal pakwan from 70 to 80 years. Their pakwan was crispy and fresh. They serve 2 type of Mung Dal with pakwan. Their Dal was simple but have a great taste (feels like home made). They also put chatni with jeerawan in Dal pakwan which enhance the flavor and takes the dish to Another level.
2) Raju bhai k Dal pakwan is 40 year old shop. They have Crispy pakwan with Moong Dal with chatni. They serve Dal and Pakwan separately and put one chatani in Dal and serves another chatani along with pakwan. Their Dal was great and take this dish to Another level. Their Chilli chatni was cherry on the top, it's spicy but compliment the overall dish.
