when browsing for books to read, i always look for book reviews. august was certainly an interesting reading month but i found some new favorite books nonetheless. that is why i bring you a recent reads wrap up that quickly turned into a very chatty video about the books i read in august and me losing my mind over some of the new book releases of 2023. booktube and booktok have buzzed about some of these books… but did i enjoy them? i hope you guys enjoy this one and come out with more books to add to your TBR and some good book recommendations for 2023!
