Описание: IoVPN uses the FOREGROUND_SERVICE_SPECIAL_USE permission to run a persistent foreground service that maintains a secure VPN connection for the user.

The foreground service is required to:

establish and maintain an encrypted VPN tunnel via the Android VpnService API;

route all network traffic securely while the VPN is active;

display a continuous system notification indicating the VPN status;

allow the user to easily stop or restart the VPN connection from the notification panel;

ensure the VPN connection remains stable and active even when the app is in the background.

While active, IoVPN shows a visible notification ("VPN active") in compliance with Android’s foreground service policy.
The service operates solely for secure network tunneling and does not collect or process user data beyond what is necessary to maintain the VPN session.
