Welcome inside the studio of Petrit Halilaj in Berlin, as he was getting ready for the unveiling of his commission “Abetare” for The Met Roof Garden in New York. Follow the artist to discover how the installation came to life, from first sketches in his personal studio to assembling and patina in professional workshops.
The exhibition at The Met is conceived by the artist in consultation with Iria Candela, The Met’s Estrellita B. Brodsky Curator of Latin American Art in the Department of Modern and Contemporary Art and supported by Bloomberg Philanthropies.
