Cambodian Chicken Curry Recipe

Ingredients
Serves 2

1 Large Chicken Breast Fillet
1 Large Red Pepper (bell Pepper )
Oil for frying
Seasoning
1 Teaspoon Lemon Grass Paste
Fine Green Beans
1 Tablespoon of Medium Curry Powder
1/2 teaspoon Fenugreek
2 Cups of Coconut Cream
1 Teaspoon Chopped Ginger
Fresh Chopped Coriander
Rice

Method
Deseed 1 Large Red Pepper and slice into thin strips
Slice the Chicken Breast into strips
Add Oil to frying Pan on Medium heat add the Sliced peppers fry until tender then set aside
Add the Chicken strips to the frying Pan and fry until cooked through
Boil water for the Fine Green Beans and bring to the boil salt to taste Boil for 10 mins
Add Lemon Grass Paste to the Chicken Mix well
Add The Medium Curry Powder mix well
Add The Ground Fenugreek Powder
Mix well
Add 2 Cups of Coconut Cream Mix well
Add The Chopped Ginger Mix well
Add a few Green Beans to the Chicken Sauce
Add Fresh Coriander
Serve with Rice
