Описание: It's merely coincidence but there are jigs that go under these names, however these are both reels. The first one may have been composed by fiddler John McFadden(1847-1913), who was one of the musicians that Capt. O'Neill transcribed tunes from for his tune collections. The second one is an A Mixolydian tune, probably associated with or composed by an East Clare concertina player John Naughton(1911-1997). There are a number of tunes that have his name attached to them. I've also heard this tune played in a minor(Dorian) mode.
