Poka yoke is a Japanese word which is made with two different words Poka and yoke.
“Poka Yoke एक जापानी शब्द है जो दो शब्दों से मिलकर बना है “Poka” और “Yoke” जिसमें Poka का मतलब होता है Mistake और Yoke का मतलब होता है Proofing.
Mistake proofing is also called as error proofing.
What is mistakes proofing?
It is a use of any automatic device or any method which can detect the error or defect.
Mistake proofing में कोई automatic device और कुछ ऐसा मेथड use किया जाता है जिससे हमारे प्रोसेस और प्रोडक्ट में होने वाले errors और डिफेक्ट्स identify हो सके

Obtain or create a flowchart of any process
• 1st hai Elimination: eliminating the step that causes the error जिस स्टेप्स से error और डिफेक्ट आते है उस स्टेप को एलिमिनेट करदो yani ki process se hata do
• 2nd hai Replacement: Replacing the step with an error-proof one
• प्रोसेस error प्रूफ होने के बाद पहली वाली प्रोसेस की स्टेप्स को इससे replace करदो matlab jis steps se hamare process me error nahi aate aisi steps ko process me implement karo aur purani steps jisase error aate the unhe hata do.
