Many musicians/youtubers who make english covers of Anime themes use the direct english translation of the original lyrics - While there's nothing wrong with this, it often leads to some phrases that sound awkward grammatically & musically because of the language barrier.
For this cover, I spent some time adjusting the lyrics to add a rhyme scheme and fluidity so that the lyrics seem "comfortable" in english, while preserving the original message of the lyrics taken from two separate translations.
