From what I know, they don't deliver to overseas so if you don't have any residence in Japan or China, you will need to use a forwarding service. The process is they deliver to the local address or warehouse, then you would pay shipping fees to have it delivered to your address. I use Superbuy for my purchases that only ship to China, and Tenso that only ship in Japan.
