Procedures on how to make it?
Step 1: open paint app, then create or edit the photo you want to be your badge.
Step 2: click resize with the requirement 16x11 weight 16 height 11, in order to make it check Pixel then uncheck maintain aspect ratio then put the size.
Step 3: save the file in your document, name it then select the format bmp then save.
last put the whole name with the format name into it. enjpy
