a Sunday Chenrezig session with Jan Owen. Evocation based on Lama Thubten Yeshe's transmitted practice. Jan guides this meditation every Sunday, in her own style, allowing us to experience that which cannot be put in words.. Always fresh, no sadhana, no fixed patterns, allowing us to slide past conceptual mind into an ocean of love where we are reminded that we are safe and loved. This practice is available to anyone with any spiritual background or none.
Jan Owen is an authorized teacher in Lama Lena's group. She leads several groups geared at making Dzogchen practice easier.
