This series, called, Active Wellness and co-hosted by my good friend, Edgar Cardenas, will highlight topics and introduce other people that advocate for or support the importance of health and wellness.
It's certain there are many ways to stay in shape nowadays, but what distinguishes one from another ? Why do one versus another ? What is the overall benefit or cost of doing one thing versus another ?
With so many fitness content out there, how do you know which one is the best for you? This is what this series will be about, creating a conversation about all about these topics and forming perspectives to better understand things with one thing all in common, to emphasis the importance of health and wellness.
