Today, the Spiess family is cement pulling in Williamston, Michigan with the County Line Antique Tractor Club. If you like a variety of antique tractor pulling variations, look no further than the CLATC! Aside from their cement pulls, they host numerous dirt pulls (deadweight, transfer sled, & steel wheel deadweight) throughout the summer to give everyone a chance to enjoy some antique tractor pulling! While this form of tractor pulling may not be very popular in most areas, this has been around the mid-Michigan area since the beginning of tractor pulls in the 40’s-50’s, and is still going strong being popularly known in the area. Throughout the years, little has changed for cement pulling other than stronger motors and bigger tires.

It also should be mentioned that safety is always a priority, which is why we require wheelie bars for all participants, built completely separate from the hitch, and are able to support the weight of the tractor. While this form of pulling may seem very abstract to what most people are used to, we do everything for a reason.
