The Jamon Iberico Croquettes were crispy outside and creamy inside — a perfect way to start the meal. The Gambas Al Ajillo delivered bold garlic flavours and fresh prawns cooked in rich olive oil. The Pulpo De Galicia (Spanish octopus) was tender and beautifully seasoned, while the Foie Gras A La Brasa added a luxurious touch to the experience.

The highlight of the meal was the Mediterranean Seafood Paella, packed with flavour and loaded with seafood — a must-order if you visit Amor. And of course, we ended the meal with the famous Basque Burnt Cheesecake, which was rich, creamy, and the perfect dessert to finish the night.
