How to Build a Motorcycle Crate Out of Pallet Wood

Описание: I'm getting ready for a move in a couple of months and first thing on the list was to crate up my Kawasaki GPZ550. What better way to save some money than build it myself and do it out of pallet wood?

I've had my GPZ550 for a little over a year and half now and haven't worked on it since losing an accessible garage. For the foreseeable future, this will still be the case. So, I've decided to put this project on hold and package it up for future me.

The crate build took about 5 days - mostly due to the hot and humid 90 degree weather we are having here in Charleston. I ended up needing four pallets for this project, leaving some wood to spare to crate up the engine as well! I also needed eight 2x4's which were purchased at Lowe's along with the wood screws and hooks for the straps. Altogether this project came in less than $50 which is a total steal in my eyes.
