Navigraph Dekstop Charts with Simlink, how to fix it manually

I didn't even had the program/subscription 1 hr and I immediately was going to get my refund but this app helps you a lot so I tried to figure it out and yes i managed to fix it until Navigraph Team doesn't fix the issue, hopefully soon.
1. Close everything, P3D (relative FSUIPC, SODE and UTLive in task manager) and Navigraph Dekstop Charts
This next step is only if both program have not been installed in administrator mode, if so go to point 3.
2. Uninstall Simlink & Navigraph Desktop Charts & reinstall them in administrator mode
3. Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Navigraph\Simlink
4. Open in administrator mode "NavigraphSimlink.exe"
5. And then reopen P3D and Navigraph Desktop Charts in administrator mode
