George Cristian Maior, the ambassador of Romania to the United States, will speak on cybersecurity at the George Washington University. He will provide an overview of Romania's assessment of the cyber threat environment including hybrid warfare and disinformation. He also will discuss initiatives with NATO Allies and regional partners and the importance of the strategic partnership between Romania and the U.S. The event is part of the GW Center for
Cyber and Homeland Security’s International Cybersecurity Leaders Forum. It will include a question-and- answer session.
