Описание: Reworked Trag'oul set which now grants all runes to Blood rush and Siphon Blood. Life-spending abilities now also deal 10000% damage instead of 3800%
Blizzard, please don't nerf it. This build is insane! Add more S27 flavors, and you will get a death machine.
