[A] RUN-UP:
[1] Kagiso Rabada has a run-up of about 11-12 steps.
[2] He maintains a balanced head position & a proper synchronization of his arms during his run-up.
[3] His athletic physique & fast twitch muscles aids in his run-up speed.
[4] His body is slightly leaned forward during his run-up.
[5] He has a very calm & composed run-up which makes it more rhythmic & smooth in nature.
[B] JUMP & GATHER:
[1] Rabada has a nice and forward jump helping him in proper transfer of his linear momentum generated in his run-up.
[2] He has a load up similar to Dale Steyn i.e. he loads his bowling arm behind his shoulders & gathers his non-bowling arm near his chest level and passes his left elbow in front of his left eye.
[3] He's a natural fast bowler & haven't worked much on the technical aspects of his action still clocking 140kmph regularly.
[4] He doesn't have much shin-lead in his action.
[C] BFC:
[1] Rabada is side-on bowler i.e. he lands parallel to the crease at his BFC.
[2] He shows full arm rotation at crease to maximize his force of release.
[3] He has one of the best delayed bowling arm right now in the worldworld i.e. he has his arms at 90° before FFC to get that perfect delayed bowling arm.
[4] He is a knee dominant bowler.
[D] FFC & DELIVERY STRIDE:
[1] Kagiso Rabada head never falls or leans too much at his FFC.
[2] Even though he doesn't have a braced front-foot still he manages to bowl at high pace cause of proper body alignment at ball release i.e. his bowling arm & FF are in straight line while releasing the ball.
[3] He has a low body altitude at ball release i.e. he slightly bends himself lower at dilevery stride to create more stretch & increase arm rotation.
[4] He has a excellent chest drive & a repeatable action.
[5] Rabada also shows back-foot drag i.e. his back-foot is pulled inwards toward him & is in contact with the ground till the ball release.
[6] He releases the ball using magnus effect i.e. by completely back spinning the ball at release.
[6] He has classical follow through i.e. he by pass his bowling arm near his knee and extends his non-bowling arm completely backward, & ends his run-up with few forward steps.
