ABOUT 'MOUSETAILS'...

"In Soviet Russia, everything was
always lacking, it was a land of deficit.
Deficit of everything – lack of conscience, lack
of common sense, not to mention a shortage
of housing, clothing and food.
-
Just a few things weren't in deficit:
the meaninglessness and cruelty of the orders
of the authorities and the ingenuity and courage
of those who were ordered.

Quite often, without a roof over their heads,
tools and food, people managed to build
atomic reactors and moon modules from
mouse tails, chicken shit and sawdust.

Just kidding – they use stainless steel, titanium
and plutonium. But all the resources being
consumed in titanium and plutonium production -
only mouse tails, chicken shit and
sawdust left to feed them while
those giving orders enjoyed caviar
