Formerly known as the Richmond Parkway, the Korean War Veterans Parkway connects the Outerbridge Crossing and West Shore Expressway to central Staten Island. The highway is very much underutilized because of a lack of points of interest at the road's northern terminus; initial plans for the road had it continuing northeast to the former Sunnyside Interchange location along the Staten Island Expressway.

Highlights: Pleasant Plains Interchange (Portions Abandoned), Richmond Ave. roadway stubs
