Cop Suspended Over Secret Jailhouse Visit with Texas Mansion Mystery Dad

Though not charged in the near-drowning, Quintana was arrested the same day for animal cruelty, and a police lieutenant has since been suspended for visiting him in jail under suspicious circumstances.
