Описание: This 35 MIN CARDIO HIIT Trampoline workout is the perfect way to burn fat while creating a strong and lean body. High intensity training is great for getting your heart rate up so you can tap into the after burn (EPOC). We have 20 moves each done for 50 seconds with a 10 second rest. Remember to hit pause if you need a break, or need to grab some water. This is NO REPEAT so hit it hard for that timed interval. Pull out you rebounder/trampoline and Let's Go!
