This body-cam video shows the police response after we reported that our professionally set property survey stakes were removed. On camera, the neighbor acknowledges removing the stakes and calls the certified survey “not legit.” Another neighbor—not a surveyor, but the daughter of the attorney who briefly represented that neighbor in our civil case—repeats that claim. She had also previously told police I took a “selfie”; when asked for proof, no evidence was produced.

Why we’re sharing
For transparency and public awareness. The footage documents what was reported and how the call was handled. Our concern is that discussion shifted away from the reported stake-removal toward unverified accusations.
