Working on The DM's Familiar - Let's build the AdminAPI Access call chain for the UI.

Описание: This session, I worked on getting the API Access class library that The DM's Familiar will use to call over to the Admin API to trigger the activities that need to be triggered there from time to time.

I got that code written (and made some adjustments in the API solution along the way,) and started plumbing those calls out through the Manager component and towards the Workload Provider component used by the Blazor application.

Progress happens! I'll likely continue this work offline, but pause once I get the WorkloadProvider methods specced and added. Next session, I'll add the calls to set up Profiles for new users, and then I'll add the "Upgrade Account" button in the UI.
