997 - West Midlands Metro: Trams in Wednesbury Parkway on Sunday 15th February 2026

Описание: Welcome to Podbaba Transport Video 997 filmed at Wednesbury Parkway on the West Midlands Metro network on Sunday 15th February 2026.
There was, as usual, a Sunday service of ten trams which were:
CAF Urbos 3: 17 21 24 30
CAF Urbos 100; 42 43 49 50 56 58
Because of erection of catenary at Tipton Junction, trams were running between Dudley Street Guns Village and Wednesbury Parkway with pantographs down.
Neither allover advert tram was in service.
As you can see, the weather was very wet indeed but by the end of our time at Wednesbury Parkway the rain had thankfully stopped, though it was very cold indeed.
From the last tram on Monday 16th February 2026 until first tram on Thursday 19th February 2026, trams will only be running between Wolverhampton Station and Wednesbury Greatern West Street whilst the final tie in and points are laid at Tipton Junction.
At the same time trams are not running to Wolverhampton St.George's AGAIN as new signalling is installed as well as new pointwork.
