How To Add Buckram and Pleat Long Drapes | Tully Drapery Shop

Описание: This is Part 2 of our series on "How to Make Long Drapes on a Short Table" where we will finish 4 very long stationary panels. In this video you will see how we add buckram to the top of the drapery and how we turn the flat "tabled" panel into a beautiful drapery. This project called for Two Finger Euro pinch pleats which mean the pinch pleats are tacked at the top. See how we take this drapery from the "tabling" stage to the pleating stage and then all the way through the rest of the steps needed to complete the panels. We used 6" buckram for a tall header since the length of these panels was so long. The standard height for pinch pleats is 4". What do you think of the taller pleats?
