Описание:
Preparation: Start by assuming a double shoulder width stance and raise the med ball above the head with arms fully extended.
Execution: Begin the exercise by moving the arms from side to side in an "arch" motion. Ensure the ball reaches about shin level on each side. Allow the foot of the opposite leg to piviot and rotate as the ball moves down and towards the shin. Ensure the core is engaged for the duration of the movement.
