1.) Dog Harness : (x1) I picked this one because it is shaped like a triangle, just like the one in the photo, so it will be easy to sew on the clip to the side of the harness. Obviously you would know the size better than me and the color.

2.) Pneumatic Hollow Wheels : (x2) I did a little research on the benefits of larger versus smaller wheels and they use larger wheels for a reason. Copy and pasted what I found out it is kinda interesting : "A larger diameter wheel (given the same sized axle) has more leverage between the edge and the axle, it therefore needs fewer turns for a given distance, and the resistance in the axle is reduced. This makes it “Faster” in the sense that less energy is required to overcome axle friction."

3.) Tie Down Clips : (x1) These are for the clips in the back that get attached to the base that hold up the straps the back legs rest in. It's an 8 pack so I can also mount two on the back bar for if he ever gets to the point where the back legs need support the chair has an option for a rear hanger to hold up the legs and these could be used there as well.
