➡️ In the previous video (Part 1), we focused on:

Fixing posture

Holding the pen/pencil correctly

Practicing straight & curved lines

Improving writing speed & control


➡️ Now, in Part 2, you’ll learn the basic strokes that are the building blocks of beautiful calligraphy letters.

✅ Strokes to Practice in Week 2 :

Upstroke (thin line) – light pressure, slow and controlled.

Downstroke (thick line) – firm pressure, steady movement.

Overturn stroke – thin up → thick down.

Underturn stroke – thick down → thin up.

Oval stroke – round, balanced, consistent.

Compound curve – mix of up & down stroke.

Ascending loop – tall upward loop.

Descending loop – lower hanging loop.


📜 Tips for this week:

Don’t rush – practice each stroke slowly.

Focus on hand control, not perfection.

Practice at least 1 page daily for best results.

➡️ Remember : every beautiful letter is made from these strokes. Master them first !
