Blueberry is disappointed in the girls’ lack of enthusiasm for the Patti Persimmon mystery novels, her favorite book series. She finds herself missing the company of her fellow Persimmon fan Huckleberry, and thinks up a great way to get him to visit. She invites Huck to co-write a story with her to submit to an online mystery magazine.. Huck eagerly accepts and comes for a visit. He is especially hopeful that if the story is accepted, he can raise some funds for his new Huckleberry’s Hotel for Homeless Pets.
