Outgoing Australian Prime Minister Scott Morrison has conceded defeat in the country's election, after the opposition Labor Party won power for the first time since 2007.
Labor's leader, Anthony Albanese, is to become the new PM after Mr Morrison's Liberal Party failed to win the minimum 76 seats needed for a majority in the 151-seat parliament.
