What is the best way to visualise the transition between an "as is" map and a "to be" #CustomerJourneyMap? Should you create a third map or is there a better way?
As you'll learn in this video there are basically two solutions to this. You can either add the transition state in the current map. Or you can create a separate map, And both solutions have their own tradeoffs and set of challenges.
So which method should you choose?
