An explanation of how to rig a Rio2 from Carrier Wing style folding. The Carrier Wing option is now available on all Avian gliders and allows the glider's normal rigging/derigging procedure to quickly and conveniently get it down to what would normally be a short pack length. Also by separating all the loose parts into one bag that can either be stored inside the main glider bag or carried separately it makes carry up's very easy. The Rio2 is a very light glider for it's performance anyway and when the small bag is taken out then the main bag weighs just 20kg.
