This cake is a healthier twist on a classic dessert. Made with whole wheat flour, yogurt, and naturally sweetened with honey, it’s soft, rich, and perfectly balanced. Topped with a Greek yogurt frosting, this cake is easy to make and tea time, or a light dessert craving.
Ingredients:
Egg - 2 (L)
Pinch of salt
Yogurt - 1 cup(240g)
Honey - ⅓ cup + 2tbsp (155g)
Vanilla extract - 1 tsp
Whole wheat flour - 1 cup (130g)
Cocoa powder - ¼ cup (25g)
Baking powder - 1 tsp
Baking soda - ½ tsp
Greek yogurt - ⅔ cup (160g)
Cocoa powder - 1tbsp
Honey - 2tbsp
Pan size 18cm
Bake in preheated oven 340°F/170°C for 30 - 40 mins
