I am adapting the original series of Mr Iron Bar into long style formats where there's a clearer focus on the main goals. This movie covers the first massive goal on the first year of Mr Iron Bar. This movie was very challenging to do as the original videos were of Iron Bar was very oldschool quality so I had to reedit just about everything: the audio, the video, new additions, 100s maybe thousands of cuts. Enjoy.
