Hey everyone! It’s been a while—about three years, actually. Life got pretty busy, and in that time, I moved to a different country and started a full-time job. That’s why I haven’t been able to upload, and I’m really sorry for the long break.
I just want to say thank you to those who stuck around. I appreciate it more than you know! I’ll be sharing videos whenever I can, though it may not be on a set schedule but will do my best to keep this channel going with new content :)
For today’s video, I’m sharing a simple yet flavorful recipe: Gochujang Braised Eggs. These eggs are simmered in a rich, spicy-sweet sauce with deep umami flavors—perfect over rice or as a side dish. Hope you enjoy this one!

Korean Gochujang Eggs Recipe
Ingredients:
5 eggs
2 Tbsp Gochujang
1 Tsp Sugar
1Tbsp Mirin
2 Tbsp Honey
2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1/2 small Red onion
1 Bunch Green onion
1 cup cooked short grain rice
1/8 tsp sesame seeds (for garnish)
