The nanoplate-based system enables a simple and streamlined workflow to perform digital PCR – load, seal and go. Prepare your reaction mixes in a pre-plate according to the manual
Transfer the correct volume bubble-free to the bottom of the Nanoplate
Seal the plate correctly, covering the macrostructure
Load the plate into the instrument and press start
The QIAcuity will process your plate in under 2 hours
Your results are ready to be checked
