The Fenyang is obtained in the store for 12,500 doubloons or in the "Colors of Fall" bundle, and is a Pan Asian destroyer based on the Akizuki class. Fenyang is equipped with 8 main guns with 4.8 second reloads and a range of 11+km. The ship is also equipped with a single torpedo launcher similar to the USS Kidd, but reloads in ~50 seconds. So how will the ship perform?
See the setup of the ship and 2 commander (Deng Schichang - torps, and Sa Zhenbing - guns), then see two exciting battles Standard - showcasing each commander! Is one build better than the other?
