In this video, I built a DIY remote-controlled forklift truck capable of lifting load directly from a truck using a gear-reduced lifting mechanism.
The forklift is designed to focus on torque, control, and realistic operation, not just speed.

This setup improves control, efficiency, and motor life, making it ideal for small-scale RC and DIY machines.
