❄️ Eat Consistently—Even in Cold Weather
Cold weather can reduce appetite, but your body still needs regular meals and snacks to support training and recovery. Creating a meal and snack schedule—and setting reminders—can help prevent accidental underfueling.

💧 Stay Hydrated & Fueled with Carbohydrates
Even if you don’t feel sweaty, you’re still losing fluids during winter workouts.
• Continue drinking fluids with electrolytes
• Prioritize carbohydrates to fuel training and maintain energy
